Can I use my existing brand?
Yes. Import brand details from your website, upload a CueWisp brand JSON file, or enter your name, colors, fonts and logo yourself. Review everything before creating your website.
Can I edit without AI?
Yes. Create a starter website from your brand for free, then edit text, photos, buttons and sections directly. Manual edits do not spend credits. AI assistance is optional and shows its credit cost before you use it.
How do I publish?
Choose your CueWisp website address and publish your saved draft. Paid plans can connect an existing custom domain. You can keep editing a private draft while the published version stays live.
Does the contact form work?
Published contact forms save visitor messages in your website’s Messages inbox, where you can read them and follow up.
What can I import?
Website imports look for available business and branding details. CueWisp brand JSON files can also be imported. You can upload a logo and enter any missing details manually.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Manage your subscription from the billing page. Your account can use the Free plan’s project and website allowances after a paid subscription ends.
